Woodham succeeds Crosbie as president of Moody's KMV

Douglas Woodham has been appointed to replace Peter Crosbie as president of Moody's KMV, a subsidiary of Moody's Corporation that provides market-based quantitative products for credit risk investors and capital markets professionals.

The appointment follows the departure of Crosbie, who has headed Moody's KMV since the acquisition of KMV in April 2001, to pursue other interests. Woodham was previously a senior vice president at Moody's Corporation, where he was responsible for strategy, corporate development and technology from October 2001.
