Cryptocurrency exchange operator Binance Holdings is making a $200m investment in the publisher of Forbes magazine, an unusual tie-up between a digital-currency firm and a traditional media outfit, the companies said on 10 February.

Binance is the world’s largest crypto exchange operator by trading volume. It would become one of the biggest investors in Forbes Global Media Holdings if the deal is completed.
