London and New York continue to be the two most important global cities for wealthy individuals, and are likely to hold their top positions over the next decade, according to a wealth survey released on Wednesday.
Knight Frank and Citi Private Bank's The Wealth Report 2012 showed that, despite developments in emerging markets and the rise of Asian hubs such as Hong Kong and Singapore, the ultra rich continue to favour more developed cities, even if those locations are farther away from the primary economic growth centres.
