Wössner appointed chairman of Citigroup Germany

Mark Wössner, the former chief executive and chairman of media group Bertelsmann, has been recruited by Citigroup to chair its German business.

Wössner will contribute to the development of a range of Citigroup's activities, such as consumer and private banking and asset management, as well as corporate and investment banking.
