Well-known former LSE chief executive takes a board seat at blockchain-touting group

Xavier Rolet has joined the board of a California-based pharmaceutical company backed by feted UK fund manager Neil Woodford, which has expanded into blockchain technology.

Rolet, the former chief executive of the London Stock Exchange Group, has joined Verseon Corporation as a non-executive director, according to a company statement on November 6, subject to regulatory diligence.
