Young to head share schemes practice at UK adviser

MM&K, the City of London financial advisers, has appointed Barry Young to lead and develop its share schemes practice, which specialises in the design and implementation of executive and employee equity-based incentive plans.

Young joins from Reuters where he has worked for the last three years as an independent shares consultant. Before that he was a director at Willis Group, formerly Willis/Faber Corroon, the insurance brokers, where he developed and co-ordinated its international consulting practice.
