Abrdn, the Edinburgh-headquartered asset manager, has overhauled its senior leadership team in the first major shake-up since Jason Windsor took over as chief executive.

The £507bn fund house has put in place a new operating committee “with a clear focus on transforming the group’s performance, and speeding up decision-making”.
