Banks warned they need more than just digital experts

Banks struggling to develop the workforces they need to succeed in the digital era, face another problem: with the pace of technological change growing, the shelf life for existing tech skills is dwindling.

In a report entitled Beyond Restructuring: The New Agenda, consultants at Oliver Wyman said Europe's banks were emerging from the 2008 financial crisis "to face a whole new set of challenges".
