Billionaire Telegraph co-owner Sir David Barclay dies, aged 86

Sir David Barclay, the co-owner of The Daily Telegraph newspaper, died unexpectedly after a short illness aged 86.

Barclay created the Telegraph Media Group with his twin brother Frederick, along with an empire that included shipping, retailing businesses, and hotels such as the Ritz in London which they sold last year.
