The head of BNP Paribas' leading European debt underwriting business is shifting to New York as part of a series of appointments to bolster its US investment bank.

Mark Lynagh has been named co-head of global capital markets for BNP Paribas's business in the Americas as well as leading its investment-grade finance unit globally. He will lead the capital markets business in New York alongside Adnan Zuberi.
