Citigroup has hired JPMorgan’s co-head of financial sponsors in Europe in the latest senior dealmaker to make the switch across to the US bank.

Sidharth Punshi, who was promoted to co-head of JPMorgan’s financial sponsors group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in May, is set to join Citigroup as head of UK, Europe and MEA alternative assets group, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
