Mark Wilson, the former chief executive of Aviva and a current BlackRock board member, has joined the board of payments firm Zilch.

City grandee Wilson, who also previously ran Asian insurance giant AIA, will now help lead Zilch, which specialises in credit and cashback products, according to a 3 September statement.
