Ex-Deutsche Bank wealth head joins Kleinwort Benson

Kleinwort Benson has filled a newly-created role with an ex-head from Deutsche Bank's private banking division

Private bank Kleinwort Benson has filled a newly-created role for its offshore business with an ex-Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management head, as it works to build on its pre-existing client base and on the acquisition of Close Brothers’ Offshore Group.

Clive Wright joined Kleinwort Benson in January to focus on the offshore markets. Prior to the move he was at Deutsche Bank in Jersey, where he was head and managing director of the bank's Private Wealth Management business in the Channel Islands, Turkey, Israel and Africa. He joined Deutsche Bank in 2006 as head of private banking, from Royal Bank of Canada.
