The UK regulator has published its long-awaited overhaul of the country’s listing regime, a move the new chancellor said marks the first step in “reinvigorating” the London stock market.

The new rules, published by the Financial Conduct Authority on 11 July, represent the biggest shake-up to the UK listing framework in more than three decades.
