Goldman Sachs’s co-head of equity capital markets in Europe is set to leave the bank in the latest senior change within its dealmaking team.

Antoine de Guillenchmidt, who took on the role as co-head of ECM for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Goldman Sachs in 2020, is set to depart the bank after 13 years, according to people familiar with the matter.
