The chief executive of one of the stock exchanges vying for a piece of the planned Saudi Aramco initial public offering believes there will be an international listing of the kingdom's state oil company.

Charles Li, the chief executive of Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing, said on Monday that Aramco will end up listing its shares on at least one stock exchange outside of Saudi Arabia.
