How to develop gender diversity in the City

The 30% Club chair Brenda Trenowden outlines the winning formula for a more equal financial services industry

The City still needs to make major strides in gender diversity. Financial services lags many other sectors both at senior management level, where women make up just 14% of executive committees, and across the executive pipeline.
