KPMG has been fined £4.3m over failings during its audits of alcohol retailer Conviviality. One of its former partners has also been fined £110,000.

AIM-listed Conviviality was the UK’s largest independent drinks distribution business at the time of the audits, running brands such as Bargain Booze and Wine Rack.
