George Kurtz, chief executive of cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike, said that the company is ‘actively’ working with customers hit by technology outages after an update for Microsoft Windows led to a global outage.

“The issue has been identified, isolated and a fix has been deployed,” Kurtz said on social media platform X. The boss of the US-listed firm has ruled out any security incident or a cyberattack.
