Investment bank RBC Capital Markets has appointed a new co-head of electronic sales and trading in the EU.

Bianca Gould is joining at managing director level from finance broker Redburn, where she was head of algorithmic execution. She joined the broker’s European equities sales trading team in 2004 and was made partner in 2009.
