Senior debt capital markets bankers at Citigroup in Europe are set to depart the bank as it continues to reshape its business. Colm Rainey, head of corporate and financial institutions group debt capital markets for UK & Ireland, is set to leave the bank after around 17 years. Christian Rose, a managing director in the DCM team in Stockholm, who was promoted in December, is also among the departures, as is Santhi Athreya, head of corporate DCM for France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
